Several years ago, Graftobian asked Hollywood makeup artist Brad Look, who worked on "Star Trek Enterprise," to help them create a line of colors comprised of the most commonly used shades in the professional makeup business today. With Brad's extensive knowledge of digital and HDTV color requirements, they knew he was the guy to make this series of color happen in the timeless and tremendously useful way. These shades of makeup are the result of Brad's efforts, as are their matching 64 shades of our HD GlamAire™ airbrush makeup. We hope you find them as useful for you as Brad, his Hollywood makeup artist peers, wedding artists, magazine/print media artists, etc., have found these professional HD cremes over the years.
Now, arguably the number one HD crème foundation on the market, Graftobian HD Glamour Crèmes are being used and loved by professionals throughout the makeup artist industry across the globe. With these shades, each natural skin tone may be matched and evened with ultra-light application. The deep warm and neutral tones allow an artist to match ultra rich, dark skin tones without ashy results like you might get from many other brands.
Choose your undertone: Graftobian's HD Glamour Shades are classified into Warm, Cool, and Neutral for the convenience of the makeup artist or daily wear makeup user. These HD Glamour Crèmes, as coined by Marianne Skiba, one of the key makeup artists on TV's popular "Law & Order," are ideal for hi-definition makeup whether or not you're in front of a camera. This formula is soft, silky, and gentle even for sensitive skin. It's light enough for everyday use, but with enough coverage to perform through even the most demanding of circumstances.
Finding the right match: The MAC, RCMA, Cinema Secrets, Visora or Black Opal equivalent to each color is given below. M stands for MAC, R for RCMA, C for Cinema Secrets, V for Visora, B for Black Opal. For instance the color "Pecan" Appears as: "Pecan, Eq: B:Hazelnut," which is short for "Pecan, Equivalent: Black Opal:Hazelnut." No more than one equivalent color is listed per Graftobian color. Look for these equivalencies in the image chart.
From time to time, as has always been the case with this Graftobian HD formula, you will see pigment swirls or dots of color on the surface of a new foundation dish or palette. Simply ignore these dots as they will disappear forever with one swipe of your brush or sponge and you will then be able to use this fabulous foundation on your clients with stunningly flawless results.
*Due to the variance in the display of colors across different monitor types, color swatches may not be an exact match to the actual product. Use for reference only.
